At Anjaninandan Marble Art, each marble murti is handcrafted with care and precision. Due to the nature of handmade marble products, we follow a clear and fair refund policy.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in cases where the product is damaged during transit or if an incorrect item is delivered. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product via email or WhatsApp.
Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and customer preference. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
Please note that no refunds or returns are accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, size expectations, or minor color variations, as marble products are natural and handcrafted, and slight variations are normal.
Customized or made-to-order murtis are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged.
We ensure strong and secure packaging to minimize transit damage. However, once the product is delivered in good condition, Anjaninandan Marble Art is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
